Consultancy: Analyst position based in Paris (Intern 6 months)

Through detailed analysis, peer and industry benchmarking and deep industry knowledge, CWT Solutions Group provides its clients with clear strategies and actionable recommendations to drive optimization.  For the airlines practice, CWT Air Solutions, services are delivered through three main product lines:

-       Strategy: From airline strategy and travel policy review to traveler behavior review

-       Negotiation: RFP process management, proposal evaluation, negotiations preparation and participation

-       Optimization: Monitoring and improving performance through activities such as behavior optimization and airlines contract optimization

Globally managedand balanced between regions, CWT Solutions Group includes110 team membersin EMEA, in NORAM and in APAC. The EMEA CWT Air Solutions team is based in Paris/London and is made of 15 Analysts/Consultants. This position is based in CWT HQ in Paris.

Position

Closely working with consultants, the Analyst is actively involved in all phases of the consulting engagement: produce analyses, formulate recommendations and participate in client presentations. The Analyst, as a team member, also participates in R&D and marketing support.

• Client Project delivery
  • Produce standard deliverables or create ad-hoc deliverables related to project fulfillment (CWT clients, other agencies' clients, sales prospects...)
  • Interact in a global environment
  • Perform analysis, quality check results and accuracy
  • Identify problems, resolve level 1 issues or  request for assistance
  • Explain and promote results to Consultants and Managers
  • Present final results and recommendations to clients 
• Product Maintenance and development
  • Manipulate data and run models on excel and access
  • Build or assist in building new models on access and excel to improve continuously the capabilities of existing models
• Marketing
  • Provide support to Consultants, Managers and Directors for marketing purposes (CWT communication, white papers, preparation of internal or external events)

Profile

·         Strong analytical skills
·         At ease with manipulating data and IT models
·         Project management (organization skill is key)
·         Good communication and presentation skills
·         Team spirit
·         Fluent in English (French is a plus)
