I'm wondering whether I should change career direction, without yet having a clear idea: "Change, yes... but what for?"
I'd like to check my choices against my current phase in life: "Am I right for this job, this sector?"
I'm curious and wonder "What if I were to change my life?

Find out about possible professions and sectors that match your personality. Start asking yourself the right questions about feasibility.

And in detail?
- Take an online orientation test before the workshop and get my individual results.
- Get to know John Holland's typologies on the link between personality and job fit.
- Position myself in relation to the results and see what identity processes need to be put into action in order to envisage changes in my situation.
- Share with other graduates in the same situation.

We come as we like...
Rather than taking photographs for ourselves, this is a "co-development" mode: exchanging experiences, pooling our ideas, giving advice, listening... The idea is for each participant to learn from the other what moves him or her, what makes him or her different... so as to better define his or her own path to confidence.

Her work has been accredited by the Société Française de Coaching.
Since 2010/2011, she has been collaborating with SKEMA Alumni through group workshops on the Sophia campus and individual interventions with graduates.She graduated from the school in 1989.
