General objective of the workshop:

oach Carine Frécon will give you some keys to deciphering colleagues or managers who display the characteristics of a difficult personality (obsessive, narcissistic, passive-aggressive, paranoid).

Points covered:
Theoretical input based on observable behaviors to understand the way this person operates (beliefs, self-view, view of others) and to benefit from attitude recommendations: how to address the person, how to express one's own needs and limits, how to try to change the person's behavior but not his or her worldview, how not to sympathize with or play into the person's hands.
