Self-esteem at the heart of individual success: how to cultivate it to achieve professional goals (Lille)

Performances workshop

Points covered:
- Exploring the link between self-esteem and vital energy

- Solid or vulnerable self-esteem, what are the behavioral consequences for the leader?
- Defining self-esteem according to Will Schutz's concept of the Human Element
- Define your action plan to reinforce your self-perception.

Based on Will Schutz's Human Element model, this method is founded on 3 fundamental principles of change:
> The principle of truth (or openness): a great simplifier that enhances individual and collective effectiveness and decision-making.
> The principle of choice: induces the notion of responsibility. Everything that happens between individuals in a team is the result of conscious and unconscious choices made by each of the people involved. Everyone is 100% responsible for themselves, for the situation, and no one is to blame.
> The principle of awareness: the more self-aware an individual is, and the higher his or her self-esteem, the more rational rather than defensive and counter-productive his or her behavior will be for the organization.
The approach is resolutely inductive and participative, involving workshops, self-diagnosis and theoretical input.
