General objective:
Take a moment to clarify my inner workings and adjust my personal and professional course.

Points covered:
- Participants will receive preparatory work beforehand to re-read their career path through the filter of values chosen, implemented, reinforced or not.
- Approach my values from the angle of the difficulties I have encountered in my personal and professional life.
- Clarify the values I aspire to live more fully in my personal and professional life.

The pedagogy is based on an alternation of personal questioning, sharing in small and large groups.

Information on the consultant running the workshop:
An ICF-certified Professional Coach, Valérie works in companies to help people and teams get moving. She offers her clients (managers or teams) a secure space for exploration and growth, aiming for greater awareness and self-determination. Her aim is to contribute to :
- greater lucidity and awareness in individuals and teams, to trigger lasting changes in behavior, relationships and processes,
- the liberation of energies, talents and collective intelligence, at the service of organizations and their mission.
Valérie also provides training in leadership development, managerial practices and behaviors, optimizing meeting time, and change management.
A trainer for 15 years and a coach since 2010, Valérie is currently Managing Partner of LeaderCoach France.
