Knowing myself and communicating with others: I discover Transactional Analysis (Sophia-Antipolis)

Performances workshop

Who's coming?
- I'm concerned by my own personal development, both professionally and privately

- I'm interested in the theories of modern psychology
- I'd like to improve my interpersonal communication skills

To do what?
TA is a theory of personality and communication that can be used to gain a better understanding of oneself... and of others! Gaining a new awareness of the way you operate allows you to find greater freedom in your choices.

And in detail?
- Discover Transactional Analysis as a personality and communication theory and its tools

- Identify my own operating mechanisms
- Become aware of my new areas for personal development

We come as we like!
As well as taking photographs for ourselves, we work in a "co-development" mode: exchanging experiences, pooling our ideas, giving advice, listening... The idea is for everyone to learn from each other what makes them tick, what makes them different... so that they can better define their own path to confidence.
