Our speakers:

Stephanie Chasserio, lecturer at SKEMA. Her work focuses on women-related issues within organisations (careers, women’s networks, managerial practices). Her second field of expertise is well-being and quality of life in the workplace.

   Eliane Bacha, lecturer at SKEMA. Her work focuses on women-related issues within organisations (careers, women’s networks, managerial practices). Her second field of expertise is leadership and organisation.  

  Corinne Poroli, lecturer at SKEMA. She is currently conducting research on women entrepreneurs. Her research work mainly focuses on organisational theory, the death and resilience of organisations and entrepreneurship.

  Catherine Chemière, SKEMA graduate from the Class of 1991, founder & partner of Talhency RH. Catherine is a trainer certified in the Springboard-Tremplin pour les Femmes programme, a talent management consultant and an EMCC-certified coach.

She specialises in actions pertaining to change management and career evolution. What drives her: revealing people’s talents and bringing out their very best. Her approach is both supportive and confronting. She believes that people give the very best of themselves when there is alignment between who they are and what they do. Her role is to support people in achieving their goals.

During this conference, we will be joined by special guests:

Elodie Alventosa and Isabelle Chaumanet, BNP Real Estate, for the Women in Leadership programme, which supports women with their career progression.
