Round-table discussion followed by a networking session

For over 15 years, we've been hearing about collaborative management, the liberated enterprise in connection with the digitization of companies. All these themes revolve around collective intelligence. In 2016: what's the assessment? How do you approach this issue in your organization? Individuals and groups, how can we encourage interest, reveal talent and innovate? And should you integrate collaborative tools?

Your speakers for the evening :

Caroline Valent (SK 1994), founder of Beez

Within an ecosystem based in Lille, Caroline has been experimenting with transformation processes in business and society for over 20 years. It was with this in mind that she founded BEEZ, to help decision-makers take a fresh look at their business, evolve their strategies, and find the solution that works towards serene growth.

Serge Bodenheimer, co-founder Sharewizme

To answer this question, Serge co-founded the "ShareWizMe" employee feedback platform in 2012.Thanks to its verbatim analysis engine, it enables feedback generated from open-ended questions to be used in real time, in meetings or remotely, on very large groups (hundreds, thousands).Working in synergy with change management consultants and senior management, ShareWizMe helps to free the floor for collective thought, and to make everyone a player in the change process, thus accelerating the human transformation process.Serge has tested the "Feedback for change" dynamic in over 150 customer cases, across all types and sizes of organization.

Anne-Catherine Bourgain, HR leader in Agility and Collective Intelligence, Kiabi

In an international context (13 countries, 8,000 employees worldwide, 500 different professions), Anne-Catherine's daily challenges are tocreate links between people and professions, develop collaborative work, and make the company more agile. Why ?To respond daily to our Vision of "Offering the world happiness to wear" and to be ever closer to our customers as retailers, while at the same time being a showcase for fashion! Business, human development and creating links are what drive me every day . If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader" (John Quincy Adams).

Claire Leblond, SKEMA Business School community coordinator

SKEMA is giving itself the means to achieve its ambitions: to train the talents of the knowledge economy by co-designing spaces dedicated to innovation with its pedagogical stakeholders. These spaces are designed to experiment with new ways of learning, largely inspired by collective intelligence practices and examples developed in the corporate world. Claire is a member of the team trained in facilitation and leads these spaces, proposing methods, practices and tools derived from collaborative management.

Séverine Halgand, Consultant - Beez Project Management

Séverine has been deploying her expertise in customer strategy and marketing services for over 15 years. Before joining Beez, she managed the creation and business development of several companies, particularly in the telecoms and retail sectors.
