As part of our SKEMA Ventures events, we are organising a conference with Tanguy Dubly (lawyer and alumnus of the Class of 2010) on the topic of funding startups according to their level of maturity, on Tuesday 26 January 2021 from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. Given the current situation with the pandemic, it will be held on Microsoft Teams.

About our guest speaker

Tanguy is a graduate of SKEMA Business School’s Class of 2010. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and the CAPA (French certificate of aptitude for practising law) and was called to the bar in Lille in 2012. He began his career in the Lille office of Bignon Lebray as an associate and made partner on 1st January 2021. Among other things, Tanguy assists companies with all of their fund raising operations, financing and restructuring, sales and acquisitions, and with drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements. He also advises companies on setting up bonus and profit-sharing schemes for executives and employees (free shares, stock purchase warrants, preferred stock, etc.). Tanguy works regularly with startups, particularly in the fields of health and agri-business.
