		Gérard MEAUXSOONE, Managing Director of Cafés MEO since 1975. Created in 2012 from the merger of two family businesses more than a century old, the Fichaux-Méo Group is France's largest independent coffee roaster.

		Caroline LE BIEZ SK 2007, director and 3rd generation shareholder in the SOFIA family group. Leads and develops the affectio part within the family business. At the end of 2018, she created WENEXTGEN, the first collaborative podcast platform made by and for family entrepreneurs.

		Jimmy BILS (father of Caroline BILS SK 2018), President of the BILS-DEROO family transport group since 2008. He is the^4th generation to work in the family business. He joined the Group in 1986 as a charterer, after graduating from EDTR (École de Direction du Transport Routier).
