Club Project Management

A graduate of SKEMA's MSc PPMBD class of 2014, Antoine began his career in a consulting firm specializing in project management in London. Initially working on industrial projects (development and launch of automobile ranges, centralization of supplies, construction of a production site), Antoine quickly specialized in the field of digital and change management, notably with the deployment of project management tools (such as Microsoft PPM and EPM). After 3 years in consulting, Antoine decided to move into sales at a SaaS start-up offering a solution for analyzing collaboration and workforce interaction within companies. He is now in charge of sales and is supporting the company's global expansion, for which he is applying a more agile project management approach.

Antoine will share with you his experience within a start-up, the particular challenges of project management in this environment, and his best practices.

A graduate of SKEMA's MSc PPMBD class of 2015, Alexis spent 2 years with the Rakuten group as a project manager before leaving to travel in India for 6 months. On his return, he joined MI GSO/Pcubed - a consulting firm specializing in project management - where he started out as a PMO consultant responsible for engine development schedules for a major automotive group. Alexis was soon promoted to project manager - a role in which he was required to supervise up to twenty consultants. Having been an Engagement Manager for the past year, Alexis is now required to supervise numerous project managers and develop MI-GSO's sales activities.

Alexis will be happy to talk to you about his experience in the world of project management consulting, and about career opportunities in this field.

A 2014 graduate of MS MPP and founder of the Skema projects club, Magali has worked in project management for over 7 years, including 5 years in project management consulting where she worked in international contexts (3 years in England, 1 year in Spain, 1 year in Germany). She then turned to in-house consulting as Transformation Project Manager at KPMG, and recently joined BPI's Deeptech division as PMO.

Magali will be delighted to share with you her experience of project management in international contexts, as well as the specificities and challenges of internal consulting and management transformation.
