Sonia Boisdur worked for 8 years in the luxury goods sector in the digital and marketing professions for various players such as LVMH, CHANEL and Estée Lauder. Since 2018, Sonia has been helping major groups, startups and students experiment with innovative ways of working. Her activity revolves around:
- coaching to support individual and collective change.
- Soft skills training todevelop human competencies (creativity, leadership, public speaking, etc.).
-"design thinking" facilitation, aimed atbringing together a variety of players over a limited period of time, enabling them to grasp a problem, bring out solutions, and land on a shared roadmap.
