La diversité dans le monde du travail est aujourd’hui un sujet de management incontournable : effet de mode pour certains, atout indéniable pour plusieurs. 

  • Quelles sont les retombées réelles qu’elle offre aux entreprises ?  
  • L’inclusion en entreprise apporte-t-elle des avantages mesurables ? 
  • Comment consolider une politique d’inclusion d’entreprise afin de maximiser sa performance ?  

 

Ce thème initie une série de 4 conférences « Les Matinales SKEMA Alumni » lors desquelles vous aurez l’occasion de rencontrer des intervenants experts et d’échanger avec nos partenaires cadres dirigeants. 

 

OBJECTIFS  

  • Actualiser vos connaissances, en acquérir de nouvelles et vous tenir au courant des tendances des entreprises grâce à chercheurs experts de  SKEMA 
  • Renforcer et étendre votre réseau professionnel à travers les échanges avec les participants membres du réseau SKEMA : Alumni expérimentés, cadres dirigeants membres du SKEMA Business Hub et membres du Comité Exécutif de l’école 

 

PROGRAMME 

  • 8h30 : café d’accueil 
  • 9h00 : début de la conférence, présentation de la problématique et keynote d’un professeur de SKEMA expert du sujet 
  • 9h20 : témoignages de dirigeants d’entreprises de renom 
  • 9h50 : conclusion et questions-réponses 
  • 10h00 : fin de l’événement 

 

Cette conférence se déroulera sur le tout nouveau campus SKEMA Grand Paris à Suresnes.

Michel FERRARY
professor of Management, University of Geneva; associate professor at SKEMA Business School and member of the Haut Conseil à l'Égalité entre les Femmes et les Hommes (High Council for Equality between Women and Men)

Michel Ferrary is Professor of Human Resources Management at the University of Geneva - Faculty of Economics and Management. His research focuses on innovation management, social networks, the labor market and diversity policies.
He is or has been a visiting scholar at Stanford University, Harvard University, Berkeley and UCLA.
He has published numerous academic articles in scientific journals (Journal of Business Ethics, Economy & Society, Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, California Management Review,...).
He is the author of Management des ressources humaines. Entre marché du travail et acteurs stratégiques, Dunod, 272 p.

Michel Ferrary is also the founder of the Observatoire Skema de la Féminisation des entreprises, which publishes an annual study on diversity and performance.

Anne THOMINE (Grande Ecole, 1996)

A graduate of SKEMA Business School in 1996 and Celsa in 2007 - M2 communication des Entreprises - Anne Thomine began her career in the agri-food sector with Mars Masterfoods, as a sector manager for mass retailers. After six years as a marketing agency consultant in the same sector, she moved on to digital communications at Fullsix (Havas Group), then to brand communications. She joined SNCF in 2012 as Communications Director to launch the Ouibus brand, before developing TGV brand content. She joined the Transdev Group in 2017 as Head of Projects and digital Group communication.
