SKEMA Alumni et les Ambassadeurs du Club Management de Projets ont le plaisir de vous convier au deuxième événement de la saison 2018-2019 sur le thème des soft skills dans la gestion de projet avec un focus sur les projets d’entrepreneuriat.

L’introduction de l’événement commencera à 19h15

Vous pourrez prolonger l’échange avec les intervenants et networker autour d'un apéritif dînatoire

Le Club Management de Projets vous invite à clore son trimestre thématique autour de des Soft skills dans le Management de Projets.

Pour ce faire, nous vous invitons à échanger dans un cadre original, les locaux de la start-up spécialisée dans le jeu en entreprise, Plush & Nuggets.

Venez découvrir et échanger sur les retours d’expériences de professionnels de la gestion de projets pour appréhender avec succès les situations de vos projets dans lesquelles l’expertise technique ne suffit pas.

Un focus particulier sera fait sur les projets d’intra/entrepreneuriat avec notamment deux des trois intervenants qui sont des startupeurs.

Au programme de la soirée :

Adrien Fernandez
Cofounder

A young project manager, Adrien is now working in education.

An information systems engineer specializing in project management (SKEMA BS) and innovation (Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), he spent two years as a project engineer in an SME, then three as a project manager at Areva.He then spent three years as a Project Manager at Areva, working on IT projects (project portfolio creation), industrial projects (building renovation and construction) and nuclear projects (collection and treatment of contaminated lead waste). He recently founded a platform that connects professional trainers with schools and companies.

Laure Dousset
CEO & Cofounder
Plush & Nuggets

Laure Dousset is CEO and co-founder of Plush & Nuggets, a start-up specialized in corporate play. She facilitates projects in France and abroad to get organizations to adopt different postures and working methods.

Laure's specialty? Games! She headed up the Grenoble Ecole de Management's Games and Innovation Lab and was project manager on several innovation serious games. For the past 4 years, Laure has been exploring the benefits of games for business, notably as a research assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She teaches a course there called "Make it Playful". Today, she works with companies in 9 different countries on projects involving innovation, change management and changes in working methods, with play at the heart of her work.

Annie Burgess
Program Director
Société Générale

After 15 years with two software publishers specializing in financial markets, Annie has built up a solid experience in consulting, product management and project management. 13 years ago, she joined Société Générale's Investment Bank in the Information Systems Department dedicated to the Commodities business. There, she developed her skills in three areas: creating and managing functional and technical teams, leading complex projects and transformation programs, and driving organizational, IS and cultural transformation towards agility at scale. Convinced of the crucial role played by project managers in the transformations experienced by Société Générale today, she is deeply involved in defining the place of project management in the target operating models. She is passionate about the development of behavioral skills; she is an active participant in a community of practice promoting collective intelligence, and has co-developed a workshop on the soft skills of the project manager. She holds a Magistère in Banking Finance and Insurance from Paris Dauphine University.
