After an analysis prior to action, we will look at different mnemonics and operational tools and techniques. These tools, to help with simplifying, decision making and with organising your team and your time, will help to give you structure and to better anticipate the next steps.

Then we will get into the meat of the subject and look at how to manage, coordinate and control your action with your teams.

Finally, we will discuss the crisis recovery, which will allow you to evaluate your actions, your teams and your processes among other things, in order to adapt them if necessary.
