Resilience, knowing how to manage in difficult situations

Online career workshop

THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD IN FRENCH

Overall aim of the workshop:
The current state of the world, caught in a health and an economic crisis, is once again showing us the issues and challenges that the business world can face. It is in this difficult environment that tense situations that generate stress regularly appear.
The goal of this workshop is to boost your capacity for resilience so that you can better manage in difficult situations. For this, we are going to draw on a simple method used by the French armed forces but adapted here for civilians.

Points covered:
Using human potential optimization techniques (known under the acronym TOP in French), a set of techniques allowing you to recover as soon as possible and galvanise yourself into action when needed, we will analyse our sleep (cycles, chronotypes) before learning different concentration, invigoration, recovery and stress management exercises.

Practical information:
Dial-in instructions will be sent to you by email the day before the event.
A recording of the webinar will be available to all who register, even if you are unable to attend the live event.
