Agnès supports experts, managers, executives, executive committees and teams in their individual and collective human transformation. For 25 years, she has nurtured her expertise in team harmonization, leadership development, talent, emotional intelligence and creativity.
During the first half of her career as an engineer and project manager, she quickly discovered her natural talent for bringing people together to achieve a common goal. She worked on environmental issues, with strong implications for quality and safety. She then turned to training and coaching, and became a professional individual and systemic coach, an expert in the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach, and in Systemic Coaching of Organizations and Relationships.
Today, she accompanies women, men and groups in their efforts to open up and support teams in the face of change, as well as in life's pivotal periods. Combining passion and profession, she draws on neuroscience and vocal improvisation in her training and coaching to bring out talent and creativity.
She constantly nurtures her expertise through numerous networks (coaching, professional development, innovation in training and management, leadership, alumni of engineering and business schools), coaching supervision, continuing education (in the fields of coaching and voice) and solo and polyphonic singing with Les Parisian Harmonists, an a cappella vocal ensemble of around 15 members.
