Poulehouse sells eggs produced with total respect for the life of the chickens and guarantees that its hens will have a dignified life until the day they die of natural causes. Poulehouse is part of the French Challenges magazine’s list of 100 startups to invest in in 2021. Vegetarian entrepreneur Fabien Sauleman, a 50-year-old graduate of the Class of 1992, started the “eggs that don’t kill hens” concept with Sebastien Neusch, 40, and Elodie Pellegrain, 27.
