At the head of the Mekong Elephant Park (MEP) for two years now, Cannes native Wendy Legatt is fighting to save Asian elephants, which are being overexploited by the forest industry and tourism. Conservation and reproduction projects are now being jeopardised by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis and its economic consequences. A crowdfunding campaign has been launched to support this wonderful animal protection initiative.
