Pierre Fabre is the 2nd largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world and the 2nd largest private French pharmaceutical group. Description du poste

Within our American subsidiary (Pierre Fabre USA Inc.) and under the responsibility of the Controller and working in close collaboration with the senior accountant for pharma, you will participate in our financial operations and reporting activities for our Pharmaceutical branch for the entrusted scope of activity within the subsidiary, and in compliance with Pierre Fabre's standards and procedures.

To this end, your main missions will be the following ones:

- Understand the accounting schemes for the pharmaceutical products in the USA and work closely with the Operations to assist in the Revenue calculation for Gross to Net accounting

- Reconcile, validate and analyze financial statements to provide internal stakeholders with high quality standards reports (ad hoc and others) and make accurate recommendations;

- You will play a key role on a monthly basis when assisting with our month-end close procedures:
Prepare analysis of balance sheets flows and income statement accounts,
Reconcile data, solve discrepancies and prepare workpapers to document the analyses,
Assist with analyzing financial statements and report on variances (budget variances, month over month variances etc.).

- Participate in the understanding, enhancement and enforcing of current tools, procedures and processes while making sure they are fully compliant with Company's policy;


Profil recherché

- Master's degree in Finance, Management Control from Business School, IAE, Engineering School, University
- A background in audit, consulting of other experience within the Pharma/Biotech industries will be very much appreciated
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and high level of Excel proficiency required
- Fluency in English mandatory, French would be a plus
- Analytical, synthetical spirit and proactiveness
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
