The site of Le Hainaut based in Belgium belongs to VISION Division. We are looking for a VIE Industrial Management Controller - Product Line for 12 months.

Your challenges?
● You will be a member of the management control team at product line level.
● You will contribute to the medium-term planning, budgeting and reporting processes, and to the understanding and validation of financial performance
● You will ensure the reliability of the financial statements (compliance with MAF/IFRS rules)
● You will act as the interface between BG/PG/PL and Operations in terms of planning and deployment of tools, and support management control for the site.
● You will participate in, understand and challenge the monthly closing.
● You will provide management with an analysis of the monthly results (explaining variance against budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines).
● You will consolidate financial performance (weekly reporting), KPIs (Ext. and Int. Overdues, Internal Control) and Back on Track actions.
● You will contribute to the budget and medium-term planning processes (guidelines, recharges, standard models, etc.).
● You will compare and standardise management control tools and carry out specific ad hoc analyses
● You will ensure the deployment of standard Group/BG/PG tools within PL
● You will contribute to the Group's ethics and compliance programme by applying and respecting Valeo's code of ethics and policies.
● You will access and validate the recording of orders taken on a monthly basis.
Let’s talk about you…
● You are graduated from a Master degree in Finance/ Management Controller
● You already have experience in management control, finance or auditing (ideally in the automotive field)
● You have a fluent level of English
● You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
● You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
