As part of its purchasing transformation, WABTEC group is looking for a Sourcing Performance Manager whose main missions will be to support :

· Issue monthly report sand analysis on deviations vs budget
· Monitoring of supplier and commodity performance (Productivity, Headcount, CoPQ, OTDS, NCRs, etc.)
· Vendor List and contractualisation plane
· Guarantee the definition & application of Process, Instruction, Procedure and Corporate data management
· Spend Data Management tool, Supplier Risk Management, Should Cost tool, PowerBI Sourcing Performance BI


This role is a key launching pad for key sourcing position within the company such as Commodity Manager, Project Sourcing leader….

Your main responsibilities will be to :

· Manage the Purchasing Database Business Intelligence
· Build and display the Purchasing monthly report, data and graphs
· Guarantee reliability of the monthly reports
· Guarantee that the rules defined by Corporate Finance are applied to Sourcing report
· Make monthly analysis of the Site / Product Lines Performances to track deviations vs Budget and obtain recovery plans from Sites/ Divisions: KPI, Vendor List.
· Play an active role in helping the sourcing teams to meet the targets
· Act as the Project Leader for Transit Sourcing Digitalisation initiatives roadmap
· Bring Support to all Sourcing tools: Spend data management, supplier risk management, Supplier contract database, Source to pay….
· Develop as needed new reports, challenge and improve current
· Guarantee that the new BI (developed with the new ERP) will answer Purchasing needs
· In the context of transformation, update, manage all the Corporate & Business official Standards
· Challenge with best practices
· Help in deployment and implementation through audits, best practices exchange and training on Strategic

Profile required :

· You have been graduated in Master degree in Finance, Economics or an Engineering degree and Sourcing Management

· You have at least 2 years of experiences within World Class and/or Demanding Discrete Industries (Automotive, Consumer Goods…) in Sourcing Methodology

· You have at least basic knowledge in finance

· Cross functional business team environment experience is preferred

· You are able to lead, consolidate datas, influence and motivate people

· You are familiar with multicultural environment and you have good communication skills

· You are fully fluent in English, other language is highly appreciated

· Open to regularly travel
