Description du poste

You will integrate the Compensation, Benefits & Mobility team within the Human Resources Unit based in Geneva.

YOUR MISSION :
-Support the Compensation & Benefits team with Compensation and Mobility matters ;
-Participate to the update and maintenance of compensation related data ;
-Effectively partner with HR and Business clients to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues ;
-Provide support on the Group’s Long Term Incentive plans, and on its compensation policies, processes, and guidelines ;
-Search for improvements in data flows and automation of current processes ;
-Participate in the development and implementation of global and local incentive philosophy.


Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE :
-Bachelor or Master student/degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or HR ;
-First relevant working experience, preferably in a Big Four or in the Financial Services industry ;
-Proficient with MS Office, in particular Excel ;
-Strong analytical skills and focus on details ;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;
-Ability and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member ;
-Demonstrates absolute discretion working with sensitive data ;
-Languages: French and English (both written and spoken) ;
-Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.

Rémunération : Indéfinie K € /an
