For over 15 years, we've been hearing about collaborative management, the liberated enterprise in connection with the digitization of companies. All these themes revolve around collective intelligence. In 2017: what's the assessment? How do you approach this issue in your organization? Caroline Valent (SK 1994), Founder Beez - Expert

Within an ecosystem based in Lille, Caroline has been experimenting with transformation processes in business and society for over 20 years. It was with this in mind that she founded BEEZ, to help decision-makers take a fresh look at their business, evolve their strategies, and find the solution that works towards serene growth.

Ingrid Robil (SK 2007), HR SOURCING & CREATION

Initially a Boulanger department specializing in sourcing and designing its own brands, Sourcing & Création became independent in 2007. In a context of close ties with Boulanger (its main customer), how can Sourcing & Création develop its own culture and identity?
It's through collaborative management, by involving each employee in his or her vision of the company, that the SME marks out its identity.
After 10 years' experience in Human Resources at Bouygues Construction and Electro Dépôt, Ingrid ROBIL took over as Sourcing & Création's HR Director in 2015 to launch this collaborative management approach and develop the company's culture, both in France and in China.

Serge Bodenheimer, Co-founder Sharewizme Expert
