What we are looking for

We are seeking motivated talents with a strong focus on data management and technology.
Ideal candidates should:
• Actively seek learning opportunities.
• Have a deep understanding of data management principles and the ability to design
and understand data models and data flows.
• Question and challenge data to clearly articulate its meaning (what?), its context

• Be proficient in SQL for database management and data querying.
• Understand and apply regulatory requirements and business requirements to ensure
compliance and operational efficiency.
In this context, we are looking for a Junior Business & Quantitative Analyst to play a key role
in our product team.

As a Junior Business & Data Analyst, you are an integral to our product development teams
and will directly support the company growth. You will take day-to-day responsibility for one of
our key solutions, contributing to the product development process, growing both our business
and the scope of our technology. You will ensure that our solution meets the requirements of
clients and regulators.

This is an opportunity for those at the beginning of their careers to learn, to challenge
themselves and to grow to their full potential in a demanding environment.

Your role and responsibilities

• You will collect requirements from clients and regulators to determine solution needs. To
achieve this, you will carry out detailed analyses on two levels:
➢ Business processes: analyze and document business processes (Who does
what? When do they do it? What triggers the process?), sharing them with
internal and external stakeholders and taking an active role in delivering future
state business processes as agreed by all stakeholders.
➢ Data requirements: document data requirements (what data is needed for which
action? where is the data coming from? how is it validated?) and computation
requirements (what calculations and configurations are needed?). You will
specify the necessary configuration and data processing strategies to transform
data into actionable insights.
• You will interact with clients and various internal functions (developers, product owners,
sales team) and at all levels (from junior to CEO).
• You will apply critical thinking to your analyses to identify inconsistencies and decide
actions to help drive propositions.
• You take pride in the quality of your work and produce professional deliverables. You will
document user guides, share them, and take an active role in delivering training to
ensure stakeholders can effectively utilize the solutions.
• You are a team player, offering help and advice as well as receiving it when needed.
