SKEMA Career Labs: AI in action

AI in action: learn how to understand, frame and steer your artificial intelligence projects... but also how to spot situations where AI is not the right answer.

Take part in the first edition of SKEMA Career Labs, the new SKEMA Alumni collective workshop format, designed as a real laboratory for experimentation between peers.

Alongside your coach Amandine Prou, head of the Data Science and AI for Business Executive Education Certificate (SKEMA Executive Education, in partnership with Les Mines Paris-PSL), you'll work on real-life cases to become more seasoned professionals when it comes to AI issues.

Programme

Objective: to give you the right reflexes to move forward efficiently on any AI project.

• Analysis of real-life cases (sales, operations, HR, marketing, etc.)

• Small-group workshop: framing an IA business case

• Risks, biases, best practices & conditions for long-term success

Speaker

With more than 20 years' experience in transformation, including 12 years in strategy consulting, Amandine Prou is currently BU Ticketing & Passenger Information Director, and Data and AI Director at RATP Smart Systems.

She is also in charge of the SKEMA Executive Education Data Science and AI for Business Certificate, in partnership with Les Mines Paris-PSL.
