SKEMA Alumni: A year of connections, learning and growth

This year, SKEMA Alumni confirmed its role as a major and invaluable global network, bringing together over 60,000 graduates in 145 countries. By staying committed to collaboration, professional development and lifelong learning, the network’s development has been remarkable.

✨ An increasingly dynamic network: the year's key figures 

Over 2024, activities within the network intensified as a result of increased alumni engagement and more opportunities on offer.

🌍 In 2024, SKEMA Alumni organised 105 events worldwide

With 4,272 participants, the network successfully brought the community together for unforgettable moments:

    💻 50% professional development events and webinars
    🤝 32% networking events, local chapter meet-ups, and class reunions
    💼 18% industry-focused events, including conferences and panel discussions

With an event participation rate of 73% and an overall satisfaction rate of 94%, SKEMA Alumni continued to enhance its event offerings in 2024, both in terms of quantity and quality.

🎓 Celebrating Alumni Success

The inspiring careers of our alumni were given much greater visibility thanks to the Hall of Fame initiative on all French campuses, which celebrates the achievements of our graduates, as well as the ongoing development of new appointment announcements, interviews, and the promotion of alumni initiatives on various platforms.

📱 Record Engagement on LinkedIn

On LinkedIn, the SKEMA Alumni account generated 1,311,979 impressions and over 17,000 reactions this year. A total of 3,000 new followers joined us to follow our daily updates.

🌟 Strong growth in professional development services

To support our alumni in all aspects of their careers, the SKEMA Alumni Career service organised 58 events this year. 

The SKEMA Alumni Mentoring programme, whose re-launch was initiated last year, is now serving as a model for other mentoring ‘tracks’. For the latest session, launched in September 2024, mentors and mentees were matched for two campaigns at the beginning of the semester:

• 228 pairs matched for the classic mentoring programme, representing a 12% increase in participation compared to last year.
• 22 pairs formed for the FMI mentoring programme.
• Recruitment is ongoing for mentors in the Global Executive MBA

Beyond mentoring, 114 personalised follow-ups and 193 one-on-one interviews took place in 2024.
