Coaching Army: supporting graduates in their professional transitions
The Career Department unveils SKEMA Career Labs, a new offer designed for those who want to accelerate their professional development through collective intelligence. The idea is simple: to create a space for experimentation, exchange and applied thinking... between peers, between alumni.
Designedas immersive half-days, SKEMA Career Labs bring together a group of alumni on the Grand Paris Campus to work together on concrete issues. There's no classroom here, no top-down approach: just a field of exploration, where we share, test, question... and make collective progress.
First session: "AI in action" on January 27, 2026
To inaugurate this format, the first SKEMA Career Lab dives into the heart of a subject that has become inescapable: artificial intelligence in business.
The session will be led by Amandine Prou, Executive Education coach and academic coordinator of the AI certificate with Paris Mines. It is aimed at experienced alumni (over 5 years' experience) from a variety of sectors.
The objective? To give participants the keys to :
- understand the mechanisms and opportunities of AI,
- frame and manage a project using the right methodology,
- identify when AI brings real value... and when it's not the right solution.
Program
- Setting the scene: useful definitions, key concepts, limitations
- Multi-sector case study: sales, operations, HR, marketing...
- Small-group workshop: framing a business case
- Risks, biases, best practices and long-term success factors
With SKEMA Career Labs, Alumni now have a privileged space in which to compare their practices, enrich their outlook and strengthen their professional impact, in the spirit of openness, trust and mutual support that drives our community.
