Termination of the employment contract: the views of a practicing lawyer, an outplacement firm and a tax expert.

The termination of an employment contract, whether desired or suffered by the employee, is always a key moment in his or her career, with considerable material and personal stakes.

We will look at the various methods of termination, drawing attention to their respective advantages and risks, points to watch out for, the value of quality support in delicate situations, and the gains that can reasonably be expected by the employee.

The talk is aimed at both employees and employers, each of whom are then faced with the same symmetrical issues.
