Online workshop : The art of influencing: Mastering the 4 Styles

Influencing is the ability to shape opinions, behaviors or decisions through communication rather than authority.

Some of us have a natural ability to influence, some feel more comfortable in some situations than others and for many they just do their best to persuade.

Behind the art of influencing, there is a rational approach that you can learn to feel equipped in any situation.

In this online workshop with Caroline GASC (SKEMA 1997) – Executive, Leadership and Career Coach, you will explore the foundational and practical techniques of influencing that can help you influence others more effectively.

You will get an overview of the 4 influencing styles, an understanding of what is your go-to style, easy-to-apply techniques to adapt to your audience et get results. It will then be up to you to practice them!

PROGRAMME :

In 1 hour we will:

• introduce the key elements of the Influencing model (4 influencing styles)
• identify your preferred or natural style of influence and its limitations
• learn how to develop key questions and build a more strategic approach for influencing others based on their styles
