In partnership with EY, SKEMA Business School invites you to an analysis of the results of the SKEMA x EY Talents 2025 Barometer.

For this 3ᵉ edition, we surveyed a panel of students to better understand their vis-à-vis corporate expectations, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.

This webinar will be an opportunity to :

• Discover in detail the key findings of the study and their implications for your HR strategy.
• Understand the concrete expectations of young talent in terms of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
• Exchange views with our experts on developments to anticipate in order to better meet students' new aspirations.
