What levers should be activated to attract and retain young talent?

In partnership with EY, SKEMA Business School invites you to an analysis of the results of the SKEMA x EY Talents 2025 Barometer.

For this 3ᡉ edition, we surveyed a panel of students to better understand their vis-Γ -vis corporate expectations, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.

This webinar will be an opportunity to :

  • Discover in detail the key findings of the study and their implications for your HR strategy.
  • Understand the concrete expectations of young talent in terms of diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
  • Exchange views with our experts on developments to anticipate in order to better meet students' new aspirations.

Amine EZZEROUALI
Professor of Management, Director MSc International HR and Performance Management

Amine Ezzerouali has been Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at SKEMA Business School since 2009. Within the school, he has held several key positions: Academic Director of the Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resources and Performance Management since 2017, Director of the Management, Law and Organization academic department from 2010 to 2015, Director of the M1 Management Major program from 2009 to 2011.

His research focuses on organizational behavior and corporate governance. He is also the author of numerous articles and case studies on topics such as organizational culture, hybrid work and crisis management.
