With contributions from:
Anne de Morais
A change management professional for over 15 years, Anne de Morais has supported major programs involving the integration of new information systems, organizational and business changes, and cultural transformations.
She has had the chance to work in a wide variety of environments: industry, telecoms, financial services, the public sector, which has enabled her to discover new cultures and shared values every time.
In the course of her career, she spent 10 years in consulting and 10 years as an employee in large companies, which enabled her to understand many of the issues faced by organizations undergoing transformation.
Today, she is a "slasher", meaning that she combines several jobs and professional statuses:
- Employee in a large group, in charge of cultural transformations
- Independent facilitator with ApisCO
- University lecturer
This enables her to stand back from her customers' issues, while understanding the feelings of her in-house staff. Teaching keeps him in touch with the new generation and their questions.
Marion BHAGWANI-COURAL (Sk 2016)
A graduate of SKEMA Business School Lille in Project Management, Marion has successively held various positions in the HR and banking sectors of major French and international groups: Adecco, NATIXIS, Société Générale...
An HRIS consultant with Cabinet HR Mind (HR Path Group) since 2017, her specialization in Change Management has enabled her to intervene rapidly on major HR transformation projects of an organizational and/or tools type within private sector companies such as LEROY MERLIN and EIFFAGE.
