Concept: Buffet dinner including smoked salmon platter, charcuterie platter with condiments, salads, cheese platter, pana cotta, seasonal coulis, seasonal fruit tarts and chocolate cake with salted butter caramel mousse. Beverages: A bottle of rosé "Les Béatines" 2012, red Côtes du Rhône Domaine la Ligière or Viognier Domaine Coudoulis for 3 people.
