Etienne holds a Master's degree in Audit, Management Control and Information Systems from Skema Lille, as well as an Executive MBA from IE Madrid. his career with Arc International over a period of 12 years, working as an expatriate in different countries (USA, UK, Spain, United Arab Emirates).
These experiences enabled him to gain a better understanding of cultures and working methods in an international environment.
In 2014, he became Managing Director and then Chairman and CEO of Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie, a manufacturer of glass perfume bottles for the luxury goods industry. He participated in the company's turnaround plan, promoting investment in new production capacity and, of course, a recruitment plan. He has understood the difficulties of recruiting and training staff in an industrial sector. Recently, in 2023, Etienne changed jobs to become Managing Director of Proferm, one of the leading players in industrial joinery with almost 200 employees.

Originally from Lille, Amélie did her Classes Prépas at Gaston Berger, then joined Skema Lille, where she did a gap year before graduating in 2009.
She spent nearly 4 years in the retail sector, first as a Recruitment Officer, then as HR Manager for Stores (TAO, Cyrillus).
She then spent 8 years with the Kiloutou group, a specialist in equipment rental, as Recruitment Manager and then HR Development Manager.
Since November 2021, Amélie has been HRBP at OVHCLOUD, European leader in cloud and data hosting.

Anna began her career in 2018 at UBISOFT as International Learning Project Manager.
She joined Decathlon Technology in November 2022 as Learning and Development Program Manager.

A graduate of SKEMA Lille in 1996, Bénédicte joined France Télécom's Internal Audit Department the same year.
She has held positions in accounting and in the Group's International Standards Department.
Within Orange, she has held several positions as Management Control Manager in Agence Entreprises, Direction Orange Nord de France and Unité de Production Réseau Nord Est.
She has been with the HR department of Direction Orange Grand Nord-Est for the past 3 years, in the position of Employment Manager.
