Why take part in the BEEZ&CO day on Monday 30 June 2014?

You have your own definition of Talent, but what is its purpose? Is Talent necessary for our businesses? Can it be measured? What elements reveal Talent? These are just some of the questions that will be debated. They will invite you to confront your point of view with others... And who knows? You might even leave with a new definition of “Talent”!

Who will be speaking?

Corinne Molina, Assistant General Manager of the MÄDER Group, the European leader in industrial paint, will share her vision of Talent.

She has 800 people working under her, across some 15 sites in France, Switzerland, Germany and China.
Having been confronted with innovation and globalisation, she is convinced that her company’s success depends on her teams. To her, Talent is a matter of sense and confidence. She will explain all of this to us.

The following people will come and share their experience with you 

• Serge Capot, from Green Ocean, on understanding the X factor,
• Nicolas Crestel, from Keycoopt, on the new forms of recruitment,
• Mourad Oural, from the Pang studio, on the ways of revealing innovation through design, with Eaux du Nord as an example,
• Jean Charles Caillez, from the Catholic University of Lille, on the ways in which educational innovation can reveal Talent,
• Isam Sharhour, from Lille 1 University, on the talent of users serving the environment,
• Stephanie De Raikem, from Conscious Partners, on collaborative governance.

The day’s programme?

9 am: Coffee and welcome.
9.15 am: The point of view of the main speaker.
9.45 am: Debate among ourselves on “Talent, the X factor!”, including personal accounts and experiences.
10.45 pm: Break… Time to unwind and chat.
11.15 pm: The debate continues.
12.30 pm: Healthy lunch... A chance for us Talents to connect!
2.30 pm: Workshops to share points of view and reflect further on the topic together.
4.30 pm: Conclusion: Is Talent the X factor?
5 pm: Afternoon snack... The BEEZ&CO community, Topics and Actions for 2015.
