- 8h00-8h30: Welcome - Arrival, welcome coffee and exchanges between members
- 8h30-9h00: Focus - Feedback on members' experiences and highlights on a specific issue. Exchanges, opinions, advice and mutual support
- 9h00-9h45: Theoretical input and debates on the theme "Impact of Digital on HR issues".
- 9h45-10h00 :Network news, informal exchanges
