For many years now, the use of the MBTI has spread in organisations because both employers and employees appreciate its usefulness in solving organisational, management and communication problems.

The MBTI not only helps us to understand ourselves better and improve our personal development, it also enables us to develop awareness and handle various parts of our professional lives more effectively, such as: conflict resolution, decision-making, change implementation and management within the organisation, stress identification and management, team building, assistance with developing leadership and communication skills, as well as managerial methods.

Target audience: Open to all

Objectives:
-      ATo cover Carl Gustav Jung’s psychological types in an accessible way, as well as the psychological differences that lead to differences in behaviour
-      To familiarise ourselves with the MBTI

-      The Jungian functions and the attitudes that underlie our behaviour
-      Determining your psychological type
-      Using knowledge about your type:

• In your professional life
• In your personal development 

>>> The MBTI test helps to deepen your understanding of yourself and your preferences. This step is necessary to be able to work on your management style, conflict resolution, and your communication.
Before the workshop, you will receive an email containing a personal invitation with login and password so you can complete the MBTI questionnaire online (takes about 30 to 45 minutes). The cost of taking the test (€31) is included in the workshop price.

Facilitators: José Miguel Sepulveda and Florence Netter
Having worked in HR for nearly 20 years, with expertise in RPO, Florence started her career in big corporations before becoming self-employed.
A graduate of the ISG, after gaining experience both in France and abroad, she now assists company directors (mainly SMEs) as a recruitment consultant or through consulting firms (assistance with negotiating new hires or exits – whether these are employer- or employee-initiated; assistance with transitions or taking up a new position; team building). MBTI/Golden, TMS, Sosie and Strong accredited, she is also a graphologist with a diploma from the Société Française de Graphologie (SFDG) and the Groupement des Graphologues Conseils de France (GGCF), as well as a member of the ANDRH (French Association of Human Resources Professionals) and administrator of the Club des Chasseurs de Têtes (Head Hunters’ Club).
A consultant in skills assessment & development for Experis Executive, José Miguel is also a trained coach (Mozaik International) and for 15 years he has assisted professionals with internal mobility (detecting high potential, succession planning, etc.) and with stepping in to new positions. He runs management and team building seminars for various companies. He is certified in the MBTI/Golden, LEAD-R, Papi, Sosie, 16PF5, Neopi_R, Firo-B, 360°, SkillExplorer aptitude tests. He is also in charge of the “Personal Development, Management & Leadership” course run as part of the IAE Paris Sorbonne’s Marketing & Health Communications MBA programme. He has co-written the book “Révélez vos talents” (Reveal your talents), published by Liaisons Sociales.
