Le 15 septembre prochain, SKEMA Alumni vous donne rendez-vous pour la première conférence 2022/2023 du cycle « Les Matinales SKEMA Alumni ». Cette rencontre sera consacrée à l'éducation de demain pour des entreprises durables et sera proposée sur les campus de Lille, Grand Paris et Sophia-Antipolis en multiplex.

Marine holds a PhD in industrial engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, and is a professor at SKEMA Business School. Her fields of expertise include entrepreneurship and social innovation, as well as responsible management education. She leads the development of the Global Youth Observatory, a massive collective intelligence consultation aimed at collecting the aspirations of young people, aged 18 to 29, across the world.
This Observatory is the first initiative of the Swiss-based Higher Education for Good Foundation, which she will take over as Executive Director this autumn. Marine is also CEO of the Arbour Foundation, a philanthropic organization specializing in access to education in Montreal, Canada.
Marylène holds both a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Management from SKEMA in Sophia-Antipolis.
Currently HR Development Manager for the past 5 years with the ARKOPHARMA Group, a leader in natural medicine based in the Nice region, Marylène has over 20 years' experience in human resources, always in the pharmaceutical sector and within international structures.
She has successively held responsibilities in recruitment, HR development and as HR Business Partner, always in contexts of great change.
In this world of perpetual change, her duties have led her to question the changes needed in HR to adapt to the new challenges of sustainable development, digitalization and learning in the broadest sense.
Audrey Koenig began her career in 1997 as an Account Manager at Caisse d'Epargne, before moving to Banque Populaire, where she worked as a Wealth Management Advisor from 1997 to 2000.
In 2000-2001, she was a private banker with CIC.
Since 2001, she has held various positions at Banque Privée Saint Dominique, then Banque Privée 1818, then Natixis Wealth Management, as Development Director, Director of Wealth Management, member of the Executive Committee and then Deputy Managing Director in July 2019.
Audrey Koenig has been Managing Director since 2021.
"A 2001 SKEMA graduate, Olivier Dufour began his career in economic support at Eurasanté in Lille.
He was recruited by Michael Page (Page Group) in 2005 and took over management of the Lille office in 2008. Then Director of the Brussels office in 2012, he joined Page Personnel (Page Group) in 2014 and took over responsibility for Belgium in 2018.
Now Managing Director of Page Personnel Belgium, Olivier is in charge of the management and development of around a hundred consultants recruiting for local and international companies, in Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent.
Olivier has also been President of SKEMA Alumni, the association of SKEMA graduates, since 2012."
Rami Baitieh began his career in 1995 with Carrefour as Purchasing Manager France, Organization Director Poland (2006), Sales Director Turkey and member of the Executive Committee.cutif (2011), then Commercial Director Romania (2013), General Manager Taiwan (2015) then General Manager Argentina (2018), Executive Director Spain and member of the Group Executive Committee (2019).
He has been Managing Director France since June 2020.
Aymeric Poizot began his career with HSBC Global Asset Management, then Allianz Global Investors.
Since 2003, he has joined Fitch Ratings as Head of EMEA and APAC Asset Management, Global Head of Investor Development and also Managing Director France, Belgium and Luxembourg in June 2019.
