François-Xavier Bonnaillie (SKEMA 1992) becomes Senior Director of Partnerships & Licensing for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee

After graduating from SKEMA Business School in 1998, François-Xavier started his career as a Customer Strategy Manager at P&G Pharmaceuticals France.

He then spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble. He was first appointed Brand Manager in Cincinnati in 2003 and then promoted to European Sales Associate Director in 2005 in Switzerland. In 2008, he became French Commercial Director for Wella Professional Beauty in 2007 and finally European Sales and Marketing Associate Director Professional Beauty in Switzerland in 2010.

In 2016, he was appointed Vice President Global Trade Marketing Salons and Stylist at Coty in Switzerland. He was then promoted to Chief Commercial Officer at Coty Group for GHD in London in 2017.

He became Commercial Director of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee in 2019 and was then promoted to Senior Director of Partnerships & Licensing for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee.
