Clelia Bagnoli (SK 2007), co-founder of THRICE!, collaborative team building in Lille

We met Clelia, an entrepreneur (SK MDCE 2007) in business with Grégoire Bridenne, at the Entrepreneurs’ Club* pitch session held in Lille (TechShop Leroy Merlin) on 16 October 2018. Audrey Touyon spoke to her on behalf of SKEMA Alumni! (photo album).

"With 8 years of experience as a project manager in the fields of communication (internal, events and digital) and marketing (relationship and digital) under my belt, I decided to strike out on my own. It was the perfect time to get back in touch with SKEMA’s alumni for some networking."

THRICE! was born within the Euratechnologies incubator in March 2018. It is the brainchild of two entrepreneurs: Clelia, founder of “POPMYJOB”, a venture that outsources the Chief Happiness Officer role, and Grégoire, one of the initiators of "BOÖST", a digital and collaborative tool for businesses. As both are concerned with employee well-being, Clelia and Grégoire quickly realised that there was a possible synergy between the two ventures. That is how THRICE! came about. A mix of human and digital. Their aim is to use digital technology to encourage human connections.

THRICE! is an events agency specialising in collaborative team building. "What we offer companies is the regular organisation of their team building activities and events (sourcing, communication, event planning), from A to Z, by taking into account their employees’ opinions on activity choices thanks to an online survey tool. THRICE! is a monthly membership: we want these moments of team building and togetherness to be held regularly so that they punctuate and pep up life within the company."

The team are currently looking to expand their client base (companies with fewer than 50 employees, in the MEL area aka Métropole Européenne de Lille) and are open to meeting partners wanting to conduct team-building activities in companies (sport, association, wellness, recreational activities…).

  Join the SKEMA Alumni Entrepreneurs’ Club

** The Lille SKEMA Alumni Entrepreneurs’ Club has been up and running for 4 years. It is run by two alumni-ambassadors who organise 3 meet-ups a year, alternating pitch sessions, talks, and themed round-tables.
