Meet Clementine Grattepanche, Career Development Manager
Having joined SKEMA Business School’s Alumni team at the start of the 2023-2024 academic year, Clementine is the go-to person for career development and skilfully manages Career events and related projects. We asked her a few questions.
Could you tell us about your career path so far?
After finishing my studies at GEM, the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, I left for Mexico, where I stayed for 15 years. I spent many years working in marketing, for Brown-Forman and for Henkel among others. I also got the opportunity to work for some startups and to start my own crepe business. When COVID hit, I changed career direction and began teaching economics and social science at the Lycée Français in Guadalajara. I moved back to France 4 months ago and took up a position at SKEMA Business School as Career Development Manager.
What made you choose this next step on your career path?
Having worked in education for a number of years, I found it extremely interesting on a different level to help students with their career choices. Since I also have experience in the corporate world, with internationalisation, and with changing careers, I figured I would make myself useful to alumni in need of help. Plus, I find the people contact and the diversity of backgrounds extremely enriching.
Do you have any advice for alumni experiencing doubt or confusion about their career?

Any final words?
As I am based on the Grand Paris Campus, along with Charlotte Miles, the Alumni Director, I also wanted to remind you that you will find our excellent coordinators, Audrey Touyon in Lille and Fabienne Buon in Sophia Antipolis. Each of us will be delighted to help you.
