SKEMA Alumni Mentoring: next session starting soon!
The SKEMA Alumni mentoring programme continues to inspire many of our alumni and students, uniting them around the values of collaboration, mutual support, and knowledge sharing. The SKEMA Alumni Career service is now expanding the programme, with the next session set to start in early 2025.
Designed to connect ambition and experience, the SKEMA Alumni Mentoring programme offers the members of our community the opportunity to build important relationships while furthering their personal and professional development.
Two campaigns were launched at the start of the semester:
- The first Alumni Mentoring session saw 530 registrations, resulting in the creation of 228 mentor-mentee pairs (versus 153 pairs in 2023).
- The new Financial Market & Investment mentoring campaign attracted 43 participants, to form 22 pairs.
For the upcoming session, 38 mentors from the Alumni Mentoring programme have decided to re-commit to this rewarding adventure, a sure sign of the programme’s success.
A programme that continues to grow and become more specialised

How does it all work?
Registration for the Mentoring programme takes place via the SKEMA Alumni platform during the recruitment campaigns run twice each year (September and January). The mentoring process follows key steps:
- Registration
- Mentor-mentee matching
- Participation in a six-month session
