Yassine Rifai has been appointed Director of Data Centers France, Belgium and Luxembourg in JLL France's Work Dynamics department, a position he has held since March 2025. Yassine reports directly to Maxime Michaux, Director of the JLL Engineering Department. He is responsible for the technical aspects of projects during all phases, including due diligence, pre-construction, construction and handover. He also assists international customers in understanding French administrative procedures and PLU.
