Workshop objective and benefits:
The Strong® Career Interest Inventoryprovides reliable information about a person's career interests, helping them to uncover potential career paths they may not have considered.potential career paths they may not have considered, and providing a wealth of information about how they approach the world of work. The aim of this workshop is to give you a deeper insight into your true interests!

Points covered :
The Strong questionnaire consists of a Multiple Choice Questionnaire containing almost 300 questions. It will enable you to better understand the functions in which you can flourish, the types of structure in which you are most at ease, your preferred learning methods, and the way in which you like to lead or be led. The questionnaire is to be filled in via a link which will be sent to you by e-mail 10 days before the workshop.
The results are then analyzed collectively:
- as a group, you will discover the different domains (RIASEC) of John Holland's model which structure the STRONG model.
- you'll be asked to position yourselves in relation to these different domains
- You'll learn about the results of your STRONG profile and the associated professions, as well asan overview of your main personality traits.
- you'll define a path to take to be professionally closer to your interests / tastes

Meige Rivet, SKEMA Alumni Career Manager, specializes in professional mobility. Trained in work psychology, NLP and Transactional Analysis, and an MBTI and STRONG practitioner, she was a consultant on career support schemes at AFPA and then APEC.
Prior to this, she spent over 10 years in sales and marketing positions at various levels of responsibility, mainly in advertising and the media.
