On-line Workshop : Resilience : Stress management and potencial optimization

The current context of successive crises shows us more than ever the stakes and challenges that everyone can face.

In this difficult context, stressful situations regularly arise, undermining the resilience of people and companies.

The aim of this online workshop is to build resilience so as to better manage difficult situations.

To this end, Commandant Antonin P., a commander in the French Army and independent trainer for managers, who has experience of stressful situations in the field and is a TOP® (Techniques d'Optimisation du Potentiel) instructor, will present simple techniques used in the armed forces and adapted for the occasion to the corporate world.

They'll help you to cope better with difficult situations, assert yourself more assertively and boost your resilience.
