In a rapidly evolving job market, SKEMA Business School and EY are organizing the 3rd edition of the Talent Barometer!

 

This year, the Talent Barometer focuses on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Imagine a work environment where everyone has their place, their opportunities, and the recognition they deserve.

Amine EZZEROUALI
Professor of Management, Director MSc International HR and Performance Management

Amine Ezzerouali has been Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at SKEMA Business School since 2009. Within the school, he has held several key positions: Academic Director of the Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resources and Performance Management since 2017, Director of the Management, Law and Organization academic department from 2010 to 2015, Program Director of the M1 Management major from 2009 to 2011.

His research focuses on organizational behavior and corporate governance. He is also the author of numerous articles and case studies on topics such as organizational culture, hybrid work and crisis management.
