Conference: Why work? Where do you stand? (Soirée Carrières InterMines)

Work is changing: all generations are concerned!

Work, its content, management, workplaces and the legal environment are all undergoing major transformations...
We are, or will be, all affected, both as managers and as employees.

- In this changing context, what can we expect from work?

- What are the major lessons we need to learn?

- How are the dynamics of our relationship with work changing for each of us?

- What is the meaning of the motivational crises that punctuate our relationship with work?
