Building positive relationships with personalities different from our own (Paris)

Career Workshop

General workshop objective:
Build constructive relationships with personalities different from our own, using Process Communication: a tool for understanding ourselves and others.

Points covered:
\
- Interactive exercise to practice the four channels of communication identified by PCM and thus realize the direct impact on individual motivation or stress generated in the case of not using the other's preferred channel.

- ª Acquire the skills needed to propose appropriate responses to certain negative manifestations of other people's behavior.

Benefits:
For the individual:

- Acceptance of other people's personalities, and the ability to adapt to them, for smoother teamwork: clarification of representations and respect for the other person's frame of reference.
- Ability to perform one's role more easily in a complex environment by learning communication tools (communication channels, management styles).
For managers and human resources:
- Know how to respond to employees' psychological needs
- Better diagnose certain team problems
