"Managing a team in difficulty

General objective and benefits:
Whether you're a manager or not, every day a team faces difficulties within the company. How can they be overcome? How do you deal with a team that's drifting apart? How to motivate or remotivate?

Based on real-life situations and your own experiences, this workshop will provide you with the tools you need to understand your difficulties, make the right decisions and achieve your objectives.

Points covered:
- Analyze a situation of failure (lack of results, conflict, demotivation)

- Using the right levers, for your team or yourself
- Motivate others, or help them to motivate themselves!

Information on the consultant leading the workshop:
Thibaut Griboval (SK 2011) is Managing Director of Sixty Two (consulting and coaching) and Director of TMC Belgium (R&D and engineering consulting).

He helps industrial leaders improve their processes, structure and business strategy.
A proponent of unconventional management, he aims to change the way his clients operate by promoting transparency, responsibility and employee commitment.
