Recent graduates: seizing opportunities in a time of crisis

Webinar for new and recent graduates

This event will be held in French

The COVID crisis has ushered us into a new revolution of work, the last one dating back to the introduction of paid leave. Changes are happening. Let’s not wait for a return to life as it was; instead, let’s look to what comes next. This is an opportunity to shift our focus and find a new life balance. Due in part to COVID but also to their generation, young people are having a hard time planning for the future. Moving up the career ladder is taking a back seat, and a good work-life balance is becoming the priority. This trend seems to be on the rise and is now spreading to the 30 to 40 age bracket. To them, being successful is more about having a good life. This search for meaning leads them to look for a project rather than a job.

As for companies, to survive they must adapt to the structural changes brought on by this crisis and to the new needs of current and future employees. They are transforming their management practices and increasingly looking for personalities rather than graduates.
